Food therapy is informed by Ayurveda and modern science. It is different from an Ayurveda consultation as Food Therapy is specifically about food, digestion, absorption, and assimilation of food and emotional disruptions to receiving optimal nourishment.
In food therapy we will evaluate and plan food & nutrition strategies to improve mental and emotional health. You will learn food strategies to manage stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, focus, concentration, sleep and overall better health.
This appointment is completely unique to you and customized for your needs. There are no “forbidden” foods and no “have-to” eat foods. This is not a cookie-cutter diet plan. We will work with your preferences and lifestyle and help you learn the best foods, best ways to eat, best times to eat and how to manage any barriers that could sabotage your progress and ability to reach your goals.
