Mind-Body Therapy is psychotherapy with a holistic approach to treating  anxiety, depression, attention deficit & sleep disturbance. MBT integrats tools and strategies from psychology (cognitive-behavioral), yoga (movement, breathing  & meditation) and Ayurveda  (food & lifestyle) for adults & teens. 

Ayurvedic Consultation

Ayurveda means the'science of life'. Avurveda is a holisitc health care system that has been around for thousands of  years. In the Ayurvedic Consultation you will learn your mind-body, emotion type (dosha) and what foods and lifestyle practices will help you feel more  balanced and energetic.  Ayurveda is holistic the uniquness of the individual. 

Food Therapy

Food is medicine- it's mind-body medicine. What you eat affects how  you feel but how you feel also effects  what you eat. What you eat is only one part of good nutrition. The food you eat is only as good as your unique mind-body's ability to digest, absorb and assimilaite it into the nourishment you need. Learn to eat to to improve your mental & emotional well-being.
